Nick Piazza

Nick has been actively involved in Ukraine and Georgia since 2004. Before launching SP Capital Management and SP Advisors, Nick turned BG Capital/Galt & Taggart (Bank of Georgia's investment banking arm) into the leader in Ukraine and Georgia in terms of IPOs and private placements from 2008-11; the firm was recognized as the Best Investment Bank in Central and Eastern Europe by Euromoney in 2010. In his development role with Bank of Georgia Group, Nick also sat on the board of the group's Ukrainian bank, BG Bank, where worked on the restructuring of the bank's corporate portfolio and the launch of its Private Wealth Management business. Before that he coordinated the sales, research, and corporate finance departments at Concorde Capital. Nick was included on the Kyiv Post's list of  Wealthiest and Most Influential Expats in 2012 and was named one of the Top 25 Trailblazing Business Leaders in Ukraine in 2016. He holds a degree from Lake Forest College, in Chicago, Illinois. Nick and Yulia Piazza have been married since 2012 and have two children. Nick is from Cody Wyoming.
