Oleg Pronin

Oleg has over 10 years of international investment banking experience, including as Vice President at Dragon Capital, where he participated in the majority of the investment bank's milestone ECM and M&A deals in various sectors. Some of Oleg's prominent deals include UMH's acquisition of KP Media in 2011, Platinum Bank's local bond placement in 2010, the acquisition of Prominvestbank in 2009, Platinum Bank's private placement in 2007, a debt restructuring for grocery chain Velyka Kyshenya in 2007, and more. In all, Oleg has been instrumental in M&A deals of over USD 300 million, debt raises of over USD 200 million, and private equity placements of over USD 275 million, all since 2006.
